Job summary

Baldwin Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a self-motivated Customer Support specialist to join our growing team. This in-person role handles incoming calls, estimates scheduling, and maintenance agreements, delivering top-level service and building lasting customer relationships.

Applicants should have 1–5 years of call center or customer support experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with MS Office and Service Titan.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of call center or customer support experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Experience with MS Office products preferred.
• Experience with Service Titan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from customers.
• Schedule and manage customer estimates.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided.
• Manage customer and technician schedules.
• Renew and manage maintenance agreements.
• Build relationships with customers and provide top-level service and support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed.
• Appropriately handle and de-escalate customer complaints and concerns.
