Job summary

Dent Air Conditioning Company is seeking a self-motivated individual for a full-time in-person Customer Support role in Ridgeland, MS. You will handle inbound calls, schedule estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating with technicians to optimize field visits.

What you will do:

• Manage incoming calls from customers

• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
