Dent Air Conditioning Company is seeking a self-motivated individual for a full-time in-person Customer Support role in Ridgeland, MS. You will handle inbound calls, schedule estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating with technicians to optimize field visits.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of call center or customer support experience, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with MS Office and Service Titan. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

What you will do:

• Manage incoming calls from customers
• Schedule and manage customer estimates
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided
• Manage customer and technician schedules

Who you are:

• 1-5years of call center or customer supportexperience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Experience with MS Office products preferred
• Experience with Service Titan preferred
