Qualifications

• GED or high school education required; AA/BA preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office and email communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide job development to companies resulting in employment.
• Recruit participants and conduct intake, orientation, job search, and counseling.
• Meet intake and placement goals set by CP/BD Manager.
• Arrange interviews and connect participants with wraparound services.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely paystubs and follow-up.
• Engage with community agencies and employers to promote programs.
• Maintain participant files and ensure compliance with CARF requirements.
• Act as a mentor and promote professionalism and teamwork.
