Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking an Employment Specialist to build employer partnerships, market client strengths, and match individuals to community job opportunities. You will support job seekers through preparation, placement, and ongoing retention services, coordinating with various Goodwill units and community partners.

You will manage a caseload of 30-40 individuals, maintain progress records, and provide counseling on career exploration, personal development, and resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance coverage.
• Effective computer skills for reporting, communication, and information gathering.

Responsibilities

• Develop employer partnerships to identify and customize job opportunities for individuals in the program.
• Market skills and strengths of people served and coordinate with employers and Goodwill staff.
• Manage a caseload of 30–40 individuals and provide job preparation, placement and retention services.
• Maintain records including Monthly Progress Reports and data entries.
