Job summary

Accenture seeks a JSM specialist to own the platform layer of enterprise service management transformation, designing workflows, automations, and integrations that move Jira Service Management toward predictable, scalable delivery.

You will work with Agile consultants and client stakeholders, blending platform configuration with AI-enabled capabilities to boost efficiency, customer experience, and productivity across complex, high-visibility engagements.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years configuring Jira Service Management and integrating with enterprise systems via REST APIs
Minimum 5 years designing service management workflows and ITIL-aligned automation
5+ years helping enterprise clients improve service delivery and ITSM maturity

Responsibilities

Configure workflows, forms, approvals, notifications, and automation rules.
Streamline service delivery through intelligent workflow design.
Integrate JSM with enterprise apps and business processes.
Reduce manual effort with automation to improve consistency.
Leverage Atlassian Intelligence to improve knowledge discovery and virtual assistance.
