Job summary

You will manage and enhance core platforms supporting internal operations, collaborating with stakeholders to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience with Jira, workflow configuration, and automation development. This role can be performed in-office, hybrid, or fully remote. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience administering Jira, including Jira Service Management.
• Strong experience configuring Jira workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience using scripting languages such as Groovy or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Switch’s Atlassian platform including Jira and related plugins.
• Design and maintain workflows with transition rules and custom fields.
• Integrate Jira with other systems to automate business processes.
