Qualifications

Minimum 5 years hands-on experience configuring and administering Jira Service Management (JSM) and integrating with enterprise systems via REST APIs or webhooks.
Experience designing and implementing ITIL-aligned service workflows and automation rules.
5+ years helping enterprise clients improve service delivery and ITSM maturity.
Hands-on experience with Atlassian automation (ScriptRunner or Automation for Jira) to reduce manual effort.

Responsibilities
