Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Denver, CO is seeking a Jira Administrator/Engineer to contribute to requirements gathering, configure and maintain Jira Service Management, and develop complex automation workflows. You will extend Jira with ProForma, Insight/Assets, and Atlassian Plugin SDK ScriptRunner integrations, and automate admin tasks across environments.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Jira Service Management.
• Ability to develop and maintain automation workflows.
• Familiar with ProForma and Insight/Assets configurations.
• Experience extending Jira with Atlassian SDK and ScriptRunner.
• Strong SDLC and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements gathering from stakeholders.
• Configure and maintain Jira Service Management functionality.
• Develop and maintain complex automation workflows.
• Develop and maintain field configurations, notifications, issue security and permission schemes.
• Develop and maintain ProForma configurations and functionality.
• Develop and maintain Insight/Assets configurations and functionality.
• Extend Jira functionality using Atlassian Plugin SDK for Atlassian Server Products and/or ScriptRunner.
• Automate administration tasks (user, group, role, schemes, etc.).
• Collaborate with partner teams on data integrations.
• Maintain documentation, scripting and tooling for configurations across environments.
• Perform peer reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Follow SDLC practices including source control, automated tests, builds, and deployment procedures.
