Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in IT, 1 year in Program Management.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Familiarity with Jira tools and agile rituals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Backlog & Jira Management: own and maintain the team's Jira backlog with proper naming, labeling, and grooming.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions with engineering and product stakeholders.
• Ensure epics, stories, and tasks are scoped, sequenced, and linked to initiatives.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor sprint health and throughput using Jira.
• Partner with engineering and product owners to translate priorities into execution plans and roadmaps.
