Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Technical Product Coordinator to manage Jira backlog, support execution planning, and act as a liaison between engineering, leadership, and customers. You will groom epics, write clear acceptance criteria, and build dashboards to visualize sprint health and delivery milestones.

The role requires strong Jira expertise, 4+ years IT experience, and solid project coordination skills. A bachelor’s degree is required and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
Minimum 4 years of IT experience.
Minimum 1 year of program management experience.
Expertise in Jira administration and backlog management.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the Jira backlog with proper item grooming.
Facilitate backlog refinement sessions with engineering and product stakeholders.
Ensure epics, stories, and tasks are well-scoped and linked to initiatives.
Monitor sprint health and report blockers.
Design Jira dashboards for visibility into velocity, burndown, and throughput.
Translate priorities into execution plans with milestones.
