Job summary

Beep in Atlanta, GA is looking for a Technical Product Manager to bridge Product and Engineering. You will own the backlog in Jira, drive sprint planning, and manage releases to ensure on-time delivery.

You will translate business needs into clear requirements, collaborate with QA and DevOps, and help teams operate with Agile best practices. A CS/engineering degree and Scrum familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a Product Manager/Owner or similar software role.
• Strong Jira proficiency with boards, workflows, and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum; certification (CSM/PSM) preferred.
• Technical fluency and ability to translate business needs into engineering-ready specs.
• Experience managing a product roadmap and epic hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog and epic structure.
• Drive sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate release management from development to production.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and engineering teams to ensure alignment.
