Position: IT Product Manager
Location: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid)

Looking for an experienced IT Product Manager to support the Knowledge Management mission and craft an IT strategy for Enterprise Matter Management, Document Management, e-Billing, e-Discovery, and Contact Lifecycle Management. He/she/they will collaborate directly with business partners, architecture teams, and development teams to identify best-fit IT applications and AI solutions to drive efficiency, quality, and accuracy for end-users.

Responsibilities

Develop an IT strategy for the Knowledge Management mission, with accompanying product visions and roadmaps.
Lead Customer Value Stream sessions to map current vs. future process flows and determine supporting IT solutions.
Research/evaluate external IT products and AI solutions in the market.
Organize proof of concepts (POCs) to determine the viability of products/solutions.
Pivot quickly and continue to deliver on project commitments.
Manage complex products/systems requiring cross-functional integration with multiple systems and teams.
Work in a collaborative manner with an experienced team of business customers.
Communicate succinctly and effectively with stakeholders.
Self-motivated and creative.

Job Requirements

Experience Required

Working in a quick-paced, exploratory environment.
Design Thinking Process Flow Mapping.
Implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools/Solutions.
JIRA.

Experience Preferred

AI solution integration, GCP development and deployment.

Education Required

BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
