SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator at JFK Airport to manage daily fleet operations, repairs, and inventory. You will coordinate with dealerships, body shops, and drivers to keep our fleet ready for rental and ensure accurate documentation across the system.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, organizational prowess, and cross-functional collaboration, with 40-hour weeks and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability to ensure fleet readiness.
• Assist Fleet Manager with scheduling maintenance/repairs, obtaining estimates, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating drivers.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, including documentation, decals, and inventory entry.
• Oversee vehicle disposal prep, complete condition reports, verify equipment, and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and plan future fleet demand.
