Job summary

SIXT Newark Airport is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to manage daily fleet operations, repairs, and inventory. The role requires meticulous organization, analytical thinking, and collaboration with dealerships and body shops to keep vehicles ready for rental.

You will support maintenance scheduling, create purchase orders, and maintain accurate records while ensuring efficient fleet workflows. Travel up to 5-10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management and business analysis.
• Strong analytical abilities with data-driven insights to improve fleet operations.
• Ability to manage repairs, work orders, and inventory documentation.
• Willing to travel 5-10% and work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless fleet operations by daily inventory checks, coordinating repairs with dealerships and body shops.
• Assist Fleet Manager in maintenance scheduling, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals, and inventory system updates.
• Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal, complete condition reports, verify equipment, and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future fleet demand.
