Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment is required.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills are essential.
• Must be adaptable with creative and quick thinking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
• Drive KPIs through personal performance and team engagement.
• Support in-store services like piercing, engraving, and related offerings.
• Oversee inventory, back-of-house flow, and efficient order fulfillment.
• Coach and onboard new staff, maintaining a positive work environment.
