• Provide features and benefits of extended warranties to increase sales.
• Create business through clienteling.
• Provide a compelling sales presentation based on training.
• Work with team in a sales presentation to overcome objections and close sales.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to Helzberg Diamonds' guests.
• Participate in merchandising, displays, and store maintenance.
