Helzberg Diamonds is seeking Retail Sales Associates who will consistently hit personal sales goals while delivering superior customer service in a jewelry retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of jewelry retail experience, a high school diploma, and proven commission-based selling ability. You must be flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with strong communication and motivation to succeed.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of jewelry retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven history of selling in a commission environment.
• Superior communication skills.
• High internal motivation.
• Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities.
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Provide features and benefits of extended warranties to increase sales.
• Create business through clienteling.
• Provide a compelling sales presentation based on our sales training.
• Work as a team in a sales presentation to overcome objections and close additional sales.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each Helzberg Diamonds guest.
• Participate in all areas of store operations including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
