Eiseman Jewels is seeking an experienced After Sales Service Associate for its Dallas, TX location. This full-time, on-site role supports repairs intake, diagnostics, and service coordination for the sales team, with weekend and event hours as needed.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Trustworthy individual with good people skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Power BI, Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a seamless customer experience while greeting clients over the phone and guiding them to the appropriate sales team.
• Answer phones and pass along calls to team members.
• Enter and edit repairs in the system and follow up on repair orders for timely, accurate service.
• Provide quality control when inspecting finished repairs for accuracy.
• Enter and review quotes for clients and explain results to sales associates.
• Compile and send nightly repair reports and monitor service metrics.
• Perform weekly runs to vendor partners to deliver and pick up repairs.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and partners.
• Assist sales team and act as a problem-solver and team player.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Size bracelets, wrap merchandise upon request.
• Help keep cases, windows, and store tidy.
• Be flexible to perform different tasks as needed.
• Offer additional support to the sales team.
