Eiseman Jewels in Dallas, at Eiseman Jewels NorthPark Center, is seeking sales specialists for on-site, full-time roles. You will engage clients with luxury jewelery and Tudor timepieces, drive sales, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

This position is full-time and located at Eiseman Jewels, NorthPark Center in Dallas, Texas. The candidate will be expected to work on‑site during normal business hours and occasional night events.

Eiseman Jewels is seeking those with exceptional communication skills, a proven track record in achieving sales results, proficiency in retail computer programs and the ability to work with a diverse client base. We welcome applicants who speak more than one language.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in timepieces – ability to communicate effectively concerning complications, timepiece trends, the value in each brand, and history of brands we carry
• Ability to close jewelry and timepiece sales based on experience, product knowledge, charisma, and overall salesmanship abilities
• Organizational skills – keep the store and products in presentable condition, stays up to date with clients’ special occasions and needs, makes effective plans and executes them to achieve success
• Strategic approach to clienteling, creating memorable experiences, and growing relationships with clients
• Understand the flow of inventory, merchandising the cases in an attractive manner, and keeping cases looking clean, attractive, and approachable to clients
• Dynamic and able to assist as needed for the business
• Takes initiative to try new things and create opportunities for the company to capitalize
• Be aware of industry trends, social media presence of brands and trends in both the jewelry and timepiece brands we carry

Qualities Required

• At least 3-5 years of previous luxury sales experience
• Great people skills and always has a smile, cheerful, and positive attitude
• Acute attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a sense of urgency throughout the day
• Work schedule includes: five days a week with daily hours of 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. to include Saturdays and additional hours during events as needed (Sundays rarely)
• Effectively communicate with clients and co-workers through face-to-face conversation, phone calls and email
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent listening and observation skills
• Adhere to company dress code and additional company policies and procedures
• Cooperative and open minded to new ideas and change
• Ability to identify needs of store and adapt to a variety of situations and personalities
• Three references required
