Job Title: After Sales Service Associate

Job Type: Full-Time / Exempt

Reports To: After Sales Service Manager / Director of Inventory & Service

Eiseman Jewels is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and knowledgeable After Sales Service Associate. The person in this position is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Eiseman back of house operations including repairs intake, diagnostic, and support of the sales team. The individual should be detail-oriented and experienced in working within a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position and located at Eiseman Jewels, NorthPark Center in Dallas, Texas. The candidate will be expected to work on-site during pre-determined business hours to include weekends, occasional night events, and extended hours during the holiday season.

The position includes, but is not limited to the following duties:

Responsibilities:

• Provide a seamless customer experience while greeting clients over the phone, determine customers’ needs quickly and politely, and pair with the appropriate sales team member
• Answer phones and pass along phone calls to appropriate team members
• Enter and edit new repairs into the system and follow up on existing repair orders to ensure excellent customer service in regard to accuracy and timeliness of the repair
• Provide detailed quality control when inspecting finished repairs and confirm the work is accurate
• Enter and review quotes options for clients and explain results to sales associates to relay to client
• Compile and send nightly reporting – use reporting to monitor repair charge rate and overall servicing accuracy discrepancies
• Perform weekly runs to vendor partners to deliver and pick up repairs.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and other partners
• Assist sales team members upon request - act as a problem-solver and partner with team members
• Communicate effectively, positively, and supportively with team members, vendors, and clients
• Size bracelet, Clean and gift wrap merchandise upon request
• Participate in helping keep the cases, windows, store clean and tidy
• Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs
• Offer additional support to sales team

Qualifications Required

• At least 3-5 years of previous customer service experience
• Trustworthy individual with great people skills and positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite specifically 365 Business Central, as well as, in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency throughout the day
• Work schedule includes: five days a week with daily hours of 9a.m. – 6p.m. to include Saturday rotations and additional hours during events as needed
• Effectively communicate with clients and co-workers through face-to-face conversation, phone calls and email with excellent listening and observation skills
• Adhere to company dress code and additional company policies and procedures
• Cooperative and open minded to new ideas and change
• Ability to identify needs of store and adapt to a variety of situations and personalities
• Valid Driver’s License
