JD.com is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support U.S. logistics and warehouse operations. You will partner with senior leaders to drive talent management, recruitment, and employee relations while navigating complex regulatory requirements.

This role focuses on strategic execution, compliance, and driving people programs in a fast-paced, global company. You will lead change initiatives, analyze HR data, and shape a people-first culture that aligns with JD.com’s global vision.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience in logistics or high-volume environments.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management.
  • Solid knowledge of U.S. labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and New Jersey regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR partnership to logistics leadership to align priorities with organizational goals.
  • Lead talent management processes including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for U.S. logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Manage employee relations to ensure a positive work environment and compliant issue resolution.
  • Support organizational change and transformation initiatives aligned with JD.com’s global vision.
  • Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to continuously improve programs and processes.
  • Promote DEI and foster a culture-building environment across teams.
