Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Janitorial Account Manager in the Los Angeles area to oversee the delivery and quality of custodial services across client facilities. The role provides daily leadership to the janitorial team, ensuring service standards are consistently met and acting as the primary customer contact.

The position leads staffing, shift planning, timecard processing, and operational reporting, while supporting safe, efficient, and customer-focused environments.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in janitorial management or commercial cleaning leadership.
• Direct experience managing teams of 20 or more employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all custodial staff and cleaning operations across assigned client properties, ensuring all work meets quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the janitorial team; provide ongoing performance feedback and development opportunities.
• Train staff on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, safety practices, and customer service expectations.
