Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Los Angeles, CA. The role reports to the Senior Operations Manager and supports the Account Manager/Director with site supervision and service delivery.

Qualifications

• One to three years of supervisory experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of cleaning practices/procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise employees within the shift and assigned buildings.
• Coordinate services to ensure contracted work meets customer specifications.
• Maintain and monitor shift schedules and payroll timesheets.
• Establish and uphold work performance standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory and equipment use.
• Oversee snow removal services and on-site service delivery troubleshooting.
• Provide ongoing safety training and participate in site safety committees.
• Orient new employees and develop staff capabilities.
• Set up conference rooms and assist with internal moves as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relations and perform other duties as assigned.
