Job summary

The Cushman & Wakefield Janitorial Manager will lead and develop the custodial team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality across client properties. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff performance, and handle administrative tasks while stepping in to perform cleaning duties when needed.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant janitorial management experience.
• Experience managing a team of 20+ employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support custodial team to ensure high‑quality cleaning tasks.
• Oversee daily operations, assign shifts, and address service updates.
• Ensure safety practices and report hazards; maintain clean work environments.
• Manage admin tasks: ordering supplies, timecards, documentation.
