Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support custodial team members to ensure high-quality cleaning execution.
• Oversee daily operational reporting and scheduling; manage timecards and materials as needed.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with industry standards; maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide training and development for new hires and existing staff; coach team performance.
• Perform cleaning duties when required to cover shifts or gaps.
