Job summary

You will recruit, train and evaluate supervisors, manage payroll, ensure safety training, and maintain strong client relations while responding 24/7 to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of management experience in cleaning services.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong verbal and written communications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related office software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work for all account personnel.
• Establish work standards and conduct site evaluations.
• Oversee cleaning operations and 24/7 account management.
• Perform weekly payroll functions and ensure sign-in/sign-out accuracy.
• Ensure safety training compliance; report near misses and incidents.
• Recruit, train and evaluate supervisors.
• Maintain effective client relations and respond to emergencies 24/7.
• Prepare daily reports and weekly action agendas.
• Learn to operate cleaning equipment for emergencies.
• Monitor budgets and inventory; coordinate special projects.
