Job summary

Community Housing Partners (CHP) is hiring a dependable Janitorial / Grounds Technician to keep our apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming. The role involves maintaining common areas, preparing apartments for new residents, and supporting light maintenance tasks.

You will work primarily Monday–Friday, with an on-call rotation, and training opportunities to grow maintenance skills. CHP offers comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in janitorial, landscaping, housekeeping, or maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Keep common areas and grounds clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Maintain landscaping and curb appeal.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
