Community Housing Partners Corp. is hiring a maintenance technician for Linden Green Apartments in Christiansburg, VA. The role is full-time with an hourly wage of $24.00–$26.00, overtime, and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete routine and moderately complex repairs across building systems.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections.
• Maintain appearance and functionality of buildings, grounds, and common areas.
• Complete apartment turnovers within established timelines.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance issues.
• Assist with vendor and contractor coordination as needed.
• Maintain accurate work order documentation using mobile maintenance software.
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and company policies.
