Community Housing Partners in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to diagnose and repair building systems, respond to resident requests promptly, and perform preventative maintenance and turnovers on apartment buildings and grounds.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete routine and moderately complex repairs across building systems.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections.
