Community Housing Partners Corp is seeking a Maintenance Technician I in Richmond, VA. The role supports building systems, resident services, and ongoing maintenance tasks with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete routine and moderately complex repairs across building systems.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections.
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of buildings, grounds, and common areas.
• Complete apartment turnovers within established timelines.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance issues.
