Community Housing Partners Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Virginia Beach to diagnose and repair building systems, respond to resident requests, and perform preventative maintenance.

  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and complete routine and moderately complex repairs across building systems.
  • Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections.
  • Maintain the appearance and functionality of buildings, grounds, and common areas.
  • Complete apartment turnovers within established timelines.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance issues.
