Job summary

Frantz Building Services Inc. is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner for Spencer on a part-time, second-shift schedule. You will maintain offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas after business hours.

Your duties include trash collection, dusting and floor care, glass and door cleaning, and completing daily assignments within the shift. A positive attitude and dependable transportation are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.

or

Sunday - Thursday | 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

What the job looks like:

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
