Frantz Building Services Inc in Evansville, IN is seeking a part-time Janitorial Cleaner for the 2nd shift at a medical office. The role focuses on maintaining clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and high-traffic areas after hours.

You'll work Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with weekly pay every Friday. The team values reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to pass drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

What the job looks like:

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass drug screen.
