Job summary

Frantz Building Services Inc in Owensboro, KY is hiring a Janitorial Cleaner for full-time work on the 1st and 2nd shifts. The 1st shift runs 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and the 2nd shift runs 6:00 PM–2:30 AM, with weekly pay and hourly rates of $14.00 and $14.50 respectively.

The role involves cleaning offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas; trash collection; dusting, vacuuming, mopping; glass cleaning; and completing daily tasks within timeframes. Pre-employment screening required.

Qualifications

• Janitorial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

SCHEDULE: 1st shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:330 PM | $14/Hr

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM | $14.50/Hr

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

What the job looks like:

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Push, pull, bend, reach, and climb stairs regularly

• Steel toed boots or shoes
• Reliable transportation
