Frantz Building Services Inc in Bloomington is seeking a Janitorial Cleaner on the 2nd shift. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 5:30 PM to 1:00 AM, with weekly pay every Friday.

You will maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment for clients and employees. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to follow written and verbal instructions, and can work independently or as part

• Janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.

• Must pass pre-employment screening requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Push, pull, bend, reach, and climb stairs regularly
• Perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Steel toed boots or shoes
