Frantz Building Services Inc in Seymour, IN is seeking a part-time janitorial cleaner for the 2nd shift to maintain offices, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas. You will dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and handle trash and recycling while ensuring high cleanliness standards.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds is necessary, and reliable transportation is

• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Janitorial Cleaner - Seymour - PT (office 2nd shift)

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

What the job looks like:

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.


• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.


• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.


• Clean glass and doors.


• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.


• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.


• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
