Job summary

Frantz Building Services Inc. is seeking a Janitorial Cleaner for Owensboro, KY on a full-time 2nd shift (5:00 PM–1:00 AM). The role involves cleaning offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas, plus trash removal and floor care.

You will need reliable transportation and the ability to work independently or with a team. Qualified applicants should be detail-oriented, capable of following written and verbal instructions, and pass pre-employment screening.

Janitorial Cleaner - Owensboro - FT (2nd shift Production)

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

What the job looks like:

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lift up 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Push, pull, bend, reach, and climb stairs regularly
• Perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Steel toed boots or shoes
