Frantz Building Services is seeking a dependable Janitorial Cleaner for a production facility in Franklin, KY. This part-time, 1st shift role runs Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and involves cleaning and sanitizing production areas and common spaces to keep the site safe and orderly.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Steel-toed boots/shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain production floor walkways.
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, equipment exteriors, and high-touch areas.
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for all employees.
• Follow all company and site safety procedures.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Perform additional janitorial duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Frantz Building Services is currently seeking a dependable Janitorial Cleaner for a production environment. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility by performing routine cleaning and sanitation duties in manufacturing and common areas.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced production setting.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, and maintain production floor walkways
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, equipment exteriors, and high-touch areas
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for all employees
• Follow all company and site safety procedures
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Perform additional janitorial duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
