Job summary

Frantz Building Services Inc is seeking a part-time Janitorial Cleaner for Bowling Green, KY on a 2nd shift (office). The role includes operating floor scrubbers and performing general janitorial duties to keep offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas clean and safe.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM or 6:00 PM–10:00 PM; Weekly pay on Fridays. Benefits include company shirts, paid training, referral bonus, health/dental/vision/life, and a 401(k) after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have valid driver's license and clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Janitorial Cleaner - Bowling Green - PT (2nd shift- Office)

SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

Position Summary:
The Scrubber Driver is responsible for operating floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment to maintain clean, safe, and professional-looking floors throughout the facility. This position also performs general janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and maintaining common areas.

Responsibilities:

• -Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• -Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• -Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• -Clean glass and doors.
• -Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• -Other responsibilities as assigned.
