Job summary

Frantz Building Services Inc in Henderson, KY is seeking a part-time Janitorial Cleaner for the 2nd shift at a medical office. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM-7:00 PM or 6:00 PM-8:00 PM, with weekly pay.

You will clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms and high-traffic areas, empty trash, dust, vacuum, mop floors and clean glass. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass drug screen.
