Job summary

Frantz Building Services Inc. in Franklin, KY is seeking a part-time Janitorial Cleaner for Saturdays and Sundays, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. You will clean breakrooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas, with ride-on scrubber training provided for large factory floors.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial work is welcome but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Breakroom Cleaning — Clean and sanitize 2 breakrooms, including tables, counters, microwaves, refrigerators, sinks, and high-touch surfaces. Restock paper goods and soap as needed.
• Restroom Maintenance — Clean 4 restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, floors, and dispensers; stock supplies.
• Medical Product Line Washroom — Clean and sanitize the washroom for the medical product line; follow chemical handling protocols.
• Office Area Cleaning — Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop floors, empty trash, dust surfaces, maintain a tidy office.
• Ride-On Scrubber Operation — Learn to operate the ride-on floor scrubber; training provided.
• Factory Common Area Cleaning — Clean hallways, entryways and shared spaces; ensure a safe workplace.
• Trash Removal — Light trash duties; no heavy waste disposal.
• Safety & Compliance — Follow cleaning standards, chemical safety guidelines, PPE usage.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Janitorial Cleaner - Franklin - PT (Production 2nd shift)

SCHEDULE: Saturday and Sunday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

What the job looks like:

Breakroom Cleaning — Clean and sanitize 2 breakrooms, including tables, counters, microwaves, refrigerators. sinks, and high-touch surfaces. Restock paper goods and soap as needed.

Restroom Maintenance — Maintain 4 sets of restrooms, ensuring toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, floors, and dispensers are cleaned and disinfected to facility standards. Making sure all restroom supplies is stocked.

Medical Product Line Washroom — Clean and sanitize the washroom used for the medical product line, following proper chemical handling and cleanliness protocols.

Office Area Cleaning — Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop hard floors, empty trash, dust surfaces, and maintain a tidy environment throughout the main office.

Ride-On Scrubber Operation — Learn to operate the ride-on floor scrubber for large factory floor areas; training provided.

Factory Common Area Cleaning — Maintain hallways, entryways, shared spaces, and general walk-through areas to ensure a clean and safe workplace.

Trash Removal — Perform light trash duties in offices and breakrooms; no heavy waste or industrial disposal.

Safety & Compliance — Follow facility cleaning standards, chemical safety guidelines, and proper PPE usage

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Must have a valid driver lisence
