Frantz Building Services is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner for Columbus on FT Production-2nd shift (5:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday). Maintain offices, lobbies, restrooms, and other high-traffic areas; handle trash, dust, vacuum, mop floors, and glass surfaces.

This role values independence, attention to detail, and consistent attendance; reliable transportation is required. The position offers paid training and a referral bonus, with weekly pay and benefits after the introductory

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect and empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Complete all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.

SCHEDULE: Sunday - Thursday | 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

What the job looks like:

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to walk extended distances.
• Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
