Job summary

Frantz Building Services Inc is seeking a Janitorial Scrubber Driver for Bowling Green, KY on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, FT). You will operate floor scrubbers, perform general cleaning, and ensure clean, safe facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or floor care preferred but not required.
• Experience operating ride-on floor scrubbers preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
• Steel-toed boots or shoes required.
• Must have physical document of birth certificate.

Responsibilities

• Operate ride-on and walk-behind floor scrubbers safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain hard surface floors according to company standards.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Refill cleaning supplies and chemicals as needed.
• Follow safety procedures when operating equipment and handling chemicals.
• Respond promptly to spills and other cleaning emergencies.
• Maintain accurate cleaning logs and equipment checklists when required.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.

Janitorial Scrubber Driver - Bowling Green - FT ( 3rd Shift Production)

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

Position Summary:
The Scrubber Driver is responsible for operating floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment to maintain clean, safe, and professional-looking floors throughout the facility. This position also performs general janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and maintaining common areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Operate ride-on and walk-behind floor scrubbers safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain hard surface floors according to company standards.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Refill cleaning supplies and chemicals as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver cleaning equipment.
• Must be able to work around cleaning chemicals and industrial equipment.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or commercial facilities.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and cleaning chemicals.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
