Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Dallas, Texas, is seeking an experienced IVR application developer to support project deliverables and production environments. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in IVR technologies and be comfortable working after-hours when needed. This role requires skills in Java, Linux, and telephony technologies, with on-call rotations expected every seven weeks. Knowledge of Call Routing Platforms like Genesys is also essential. This is a W2 contract position.

• On-call rotations every 7 weeks for 24 hours.

Job description

IVR application development and support - both for project deliverables and in production environment.
Required to work some after-hours and weekends as needed.
Knowledge of Open Source technologies (Ant, Anthill, Maven2).
Extensive experience in developing UI interfaces
Knowledge and experienced in IVR application development and break/fix (Convergys/Intervoice Preferred)
Knowledge of Call Routing Platform (Genesys)
Working Knowledge of telephony technologies in a call center environment
Java, Linux, Oracle .Net, C+

Qualifications

MUST have IVR background
There will be on-call rotations - every 7 weeks on call for 24 hrs for 7 seven days
Heavy infrastructure knowledge - KEON, LDAP, etc
Don’t need to be MQ expert but understand the topology of flow of applications / IVR applications
Group supports: web phone, social media, and IVR
Ideally need ability to write java code but this is not a java development role
