Solid experience (8+ years) on IVR technologies and AVAYA (Preferred is Nuance). Extensive Experience in Java development and Orchestrator Designer Tool (Mandatory). Working experience on Unix/Linux administration. Working experience on database (Oracle or Mysql or Postgres). Should be able to write complex queries.

Good understanding on tools like Bitbucket, Eclipse, Jenkins, jira.

Good Experience on Requirement/Design/Code Review. Should have good troubleshooting & analysis skill.
