ESCO Lifesciences Group seeks a Field Service Engineer to ensure customers have a superior experience with IVF medical products. You will perform on-site installations, testing, and preventive maintenance across the US, and provide hands-on training and technical support to customers.
You will also support the sales team with technical inquiries, review inventory, and communicate with the factory on defects and part shipments while traveling extensively to meet customers and showcases.
The Field Service Engineer is responsible with ensuring that our customers have a superior experience with our IVF Medical products. This role requires superlative customer -facing skills, and being adept in hands-on problem solving, providing technical support & training, manage schedule & inventory, provide design feedback, and a sense of adventure to travel & discover new things. This role will also assist with sales and introduce consumables from our partners Allwin when customer-facing within IVF clinics and territories in the US.
