Job summary

ESCO Lifesciences Group seeks a Field Service Engineer to ensure customers have a superior experience with IVF medical products. You will perform on-site installations, testing, and preventive maintenance across the US, and provide hands-on training and technical support to customers.

You will also support the sales team with technical inquiries, review inventory, and communicate with the factory on defects and part shipments while traveling extensively to meet customers and showcases.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in biomedical, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of life science applications and laboratory equipment.
• Ability to travel ~85% across the US with some international travel.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Must pass substance and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, service and market IVF medical products across the US.
• Provide on-site and online technical support and training to customers.
• Support sales with technical inquiries and product recommendations.
• Inspect inventory and manage replacement parts for smooth installations.
• Maintain a service log and communicate with the factory about defects and parts shipments.
• Attend trade shows to assist selling IVF equipment and consumables.
