Job summary

Maximus is seeking an IV&V Project Manager to lead independent verification and validation engagements for complex technology implementations. You will oversee governance, controls, risk, schedules, and delivery quality while coordinating client communications and project teams.

The role combines project management with independent assessment responsibilities, offering remote work with up to 30% travel. Strong report writing, stakeholder management, and ability to influence executive leadership

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience leading technology implementation, modernization, system integration, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 2+ years performing IV&V, QA/QC, PMO governance, or independent assessment activities.
• Experience evaluating governance, risk, schedules, and delivery readiness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior contributor or project manager depending on project.
• Manage resource allocation and utilization goals with senior management.
• Act as central contact for project-related issues and client expectations.
• Maintain resource availability information and coordinate team design discussions.
• Ensure compliance with standards, costs, and quarterly forecasts.
• Lead IV&V engagements in technology modernization and system integration.
• Develop findings, executive briefings, and client-facing deliverables.
