Job summary

The Automobile Club of Southern California is seeking an ITSM Tools Developer Engineer to optimize and maintain the Helix service-management platform used by about 15,000 employees. You will troubleshoot, update certificates, build new integrations, and support CMDB, discovery, asset management, and incident workflows.

Working in an Agile environment, you will coordinate across departments to deliver reliable service management, automate processes, and ensure platform stability and security

Qualifications

Experience with enterprise service management platforms and automations.
Ability to develop integrations and perform software licensing audits.
Familiarity with CMDB concepts, discovery, and asset inventory.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and maintain the Helix platform and modules; update certificates and build new integrations.
Work within Agile processes to address requests and resolve issues.
Coordinate with enterprise ticketing systems for cross-team work (e.g., printer-related requests).
Prioritize tasks based on urgency and adapt to emerging critical matters.
