Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Manager, Modern IT Service Management to design and engineer SIAM and ITSM solutions for large, complex environments. You will craft platform-agnostic processes, governance, and operating models across multiple tooling ecosystems.

Role emphasizes practical implementation, documentation, and collaboration with suppliers, clients, and internal teams. Travel 25% to 100% may be required depending on client needs and engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in IT service management, service integration, or ITSM platform engineering.
• Experience designing or implementing SIAM models across multi-vendor environments.
• 5+ years configuring ITSM platforms across at least two major tools.
• 3+ years of ITIL 4 with practical application in DevOps, product, and agile contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (≥12 years).

Responsibilities

• Design SIAM models including governance structures and multi-vendor integration touchpoints.
• Engineer ITSM solutions platform-agnostically across ServiceNow, BMC Helix, JSM, and more.
• Redesign operating models with role definitions, teams, and governance forums.
• Design and re-engineer ITSM processes across incident, change, request, config, and knowledge.
• Define SIAM data, APIs, and reporting for end-to-end visibility.
• Produce architecture documents, blueprints, and transition plans for delivery teams.
